Pros

-Very generous clothing allowance -The stores are a nice environment to work in -left to our own devices -flexible with holiday

Cons

-targets are too high -bad communication from head office -the area manager doesn’t seem to know what she is doing and often seems stressed -the pay isn’t great

Clothing allowance was quite high. Staff were friendly. Chilled work environment. Good training options for those who want to work their way up.

Pay isn’t amazing but it was fine
