Great company culture that is actually shown in daily work. Training department is by far the best in the industry and any sales job I have ever worked.

Long hours, not a ton of PTO

Merit raises were promised and company did not follow through. Management spots are not filled with urgency, Leading to decline of quality and operational standards.
