I love being part of Sunstate it's a big company and they treat their employees like their customers. At Sunstate, the opportunities are endless, if there's an issue that you are unable to resolve at the location your at. there are tools they provide you with to handle any inequality or wrongdoing. I had the opportunity to meet the hierups at a training event where everyone was given the opportunity to ask questions or make recommendations. I would say Sunstate cares about the employees and would like to know what they can do to help you as an employee.
