      Pros

      At Sunstate, it’s all about saftey. It’s great because the second you need something to do your job better they’ll get it for you very quickly. The culture here is fantastic. Management cares about you as person, they work around your life events to give you the time you need, and as long as your so your job well, they’re pretty laid back.

      Cons

      The onboarding process is terrible. It’s long, drawn out, and lots of the training videos aren’t job specific. As a driver, I had to watch videos on how to fix and troubleshoot various items in the field even though I have minimal hand tools and no real experience. The saftey policies and extra tasks have made some parts of my job horrible inefficient which is difficult with the time parameters we have for operation.
