Pros

The work environment at Sunstates is one of the best I have had. Everyone is supportive from day 1. There isn't a big brother presence given from Corporate but more of a supportive presence. You are given creative freedom to suggest improvements without feeling ignored - it is encouraged by leadership. The leadership team truly pushes you to be the best version of yourself and gives you the tools to do so.

Cons

No company is perfect. While the company grows there are "growing pains" that come along with it that are simply unavoidable. These are truly the only cons that I have personally experienced with Sunstates.

Pros

If you put the work and forth the effort. The skies are the limit with Sunstates. They have great training on a platform called LMS. You can basically self teach yourself anything ranging from leadership skills to payroll. You can excel with the tools and training they provide. I've been with Sunstates's for 2years and I am already a Site supervisor. I am confident I will gain the tools and training to become a Operations Manager/Account Manager in no time

Cons

I don't believe there is any cons. Sunstates always excels id providing employees with great competitive benefits. If there is a con, Sunstate's will research to make a con to a pro.
