      To pick my own schedule, learn more about the job and duties in different locations. Great co workers willing to assist and help.

      Cons

      Some girls that's hired take kindness for weakness and abuse breaks.

      Pros

      Management is good the most part. I get along with all my co-workers.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end for the roving position. Be ready to deal with extremes in weather and a lot of time on your feet, depending on location.
