Pros
Great intro to large format graphics production. Benefits and 401k program is ok. Quality of prints and fabrication ok. Great employees here that are a dime a dozen.
Cons
This place was very stressful to work at. The mentorship here is nonexistent. Finger pointing is part of the culture here and management sometimes feels like the enemy most of the time. Not a healthy work environment for those with families and lives outside of this work place. Pricing for clientele too high compared to other competitive vendors in this city, lack of teamwork, under qualified management, no culture, high turnover
