Decent Pay, Relaxed about appearance at work.

Cons

Wanted their employees to be on call 24-7, Upper Management was rude, harsh and liked to yell. No praise or encouragment. Lack of overall structure.

Salary was competitive, good tools, coworkers were great, was able to use some of the top technologies in graphics and art.

Cons

too many hours, too little recognition, did not support flextime, did not support good lifestyle , live/work balance, did not get enough help in our department.
