Pros

Upper management is going a really great job to make this a great company to work for. New incentives for employees are in the horizon. A lot of great changes have happened within the past 6+ months. I've had a pleasure working here.

It's a great career for some and a great stepping stone for others. Working as a team has it's own rewards and it can be fun.

Cons

Just like most jobs you will learn soon enough that you can't please everyone but what you can do is put your best foot forward.
