No room for career growth

This is for the Altadena location Where do I begin : No benefits and the human resources guy that's in the store is pretty much clueless. Store director plays mind games and psychological warfare with his employees. It's a 6-day work week so you only get one day off a week and each day that you work are only 6 and 1/2 hours of paid time they try to get you to park off site, meaning at the parking lot across the street in a parking complex for 24 hour fitness. When I got hired, They said they had an upward trajectory and so many opportunities quote "the sky's the limit" but really only people that are friends with the managers get promoted most employees that were here for 5 years or more are still just cashiers. Now when I resigned from the store and found a much better job and I was going to pick up my final paycheck, the storage director that I was referring to tried rushing me into signing for it without actually being able to inspect that all my hours were there. ... They weren't, it looked short a shift, but I was quickly rushed into signing for it
