      Pros

      Some of managers and team members are nice. You could learn very much from them. It’s a good place for graduates to training.

      Cons

      Low pay makes you doubt your value. Some managers are very arrogantly. Too heavy loading. No one know how to integrate HW/FW/SW resources to develop a real SW feature. Long working hours makes your baby ask you who are you.
