      First to market, building building block solution products provides best in class compute, accelerated compute, storage, and network capacity for Data Center & Edge/Embedded environments. Opportunity to work in every technology sector in The World and ability to make a lot of money in sales of Supermicro Products. They value good health of their employees.

      Cons

      Can feel overwhelming at times with the # of products to be familiar with. Can become bureaucratic at times.

      - There are some personalities that can be very pushy and very little patience. - You are expected to put in long hours. If you are looking for a work life balance, you might want to think twice about Supermicro. - There are a lot of internal politics. - No 401K matching
