Pros

Even though it’s a public company with heavy compliance, formal approvals, quarterly guidance pressure, it still operates like a startup with outdated process, and one has the ability to own their work and see impact immediately. The work environment is suited for someone who wants to act like an owner and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Leadership is involved in the details.

Cons

Note that decisions are made quickly at the top, so one has to be comfortable shifting gears, and constant changes require a lot of flexibility. Good for people who enjoy change, ambiguity and comfortable with on-site working culture 9-6.

Pros

Company stock is growing and the company is profitable.

Cons

Company stock may be growing, but its fundamental core and team member isn't held to a professional standard that is respectable. No technology company can tolerate network or server down for 2-3 days numerous times in the same year. Simply ridiculous. This company isn't well equipped to address AI need of the market. Need to rid of old mind set and incompetent work force. Please learn to empower your talented employee instead of holding them back .
