      Nice people, interesting personalities Free breakfast, discounted lunch, free dinner for overtime Good job stability and company growth during unsteady economy

      Cons

      Asian work culture - older, predominantly male Benefits could be better: - Minimal PTO - 10 vacation, 12 holidays, 5 sick - no espp Overtime is expected

      Job stability and sponsorships. Not a dead end job, management will make sure you’re useful. Good for new graduates.

      Cons

      Slow to change with the times. Overtime is normal for long time employees. Language barrier.
