office personnel that like to pretend they know how to do their jobs worn out trucks and never having time to get equipment fixed and then getting blamed for the equipment being in the shape it's in.

Mandatory overtime = big checks in the spring/summer Slow winters Good health benefits

Cons

Mandatory overtime (55 hrs max for most of the year) = the only way you make your money Lack of work-life balance No growth/career opportunities Short slow season means you don't get to utilize your health benefits until the winter.

Weekly "weigh ins" and constant fat shaming lead to one of the most toxic work environments I have ever seen. Multiple employees had various extreme weight loss surgeries surgeries due to the constant weight obsession.
