      work is easy, once you learn the basics it's pretty easy sailing from there.

      Cons

      pay isn't the best and the few cents raise at evaluation every year isn't enough.

      Co-workers, benefits, and field ideology.

      Cons

      Company direction from heads Lack of financial appreciation if employees. Low pay for High work load. Ridiculous Expectations at times. Super High turn over and short staffed.

      Pros

      The paycheck always hit the bank on time. I can’t think of anything else positive to say.

      Cons

      They were very dishonest with me. Unrealistic expectations for field employees. The bonus program is next to impossible to achieve. Turnover is terrible. So many tenured employees have walked.
