      In a way you kinda get demo cars if you are a gm

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue what to do in emergencies. The upright disrespect from superiors was obvious. The 3 floating days off are never actually able to be taken. The pay doesn't match what you are required to do.

      Pros

      Not a whole lot honestly. Other than the overtime. You can get around 24 hours of overtime on each 2 week check if you enjoy working. The regional managers also take care of their stores.

      work is easy, once you learn the basics it's pretty easy sailing from there.

      Cons

      pay isn't the best and the few cents raise at evaluation every year isn't enough.
