      Great Schedule and benefits. They are very flexible with your time off.

      Cons

      Poor training both at the beginning and during your career. Most of the things I learned were through personal observation and lots of questions. I am not the best employee, however, I am learning and growing in a field that I have never been in.

      I loved working there, it was very fulfilling to bring my store from the very bottom and pending closure to the top 20 with a very decent portfolio. I enjoyed the meetings at the corporate office and many of the leaders of the company were more like family than anything. This is a great job if you are : 1. Goal Oriented 2. Results Driven 3. Positive In Attitude and Mindset 4. Enjoy Helping Others 5. Can Work Autonomously 6. Are Flexible To Change 7. Willing to Work and Learn 8. Able To Deal With Angry People When Necessary 9. Looking For A Work Family 10. A Contributor

      Realignment regularly with different (sometimes inept) Regional Managers.
