Pros
We have a great team who cares about the work they do, the quality of the products we grow for our customers, and the people around them. It's really rewarding to be at the cutting edge of this industry as well, and seeing that hard work pay off.
Cons
Sometimes being at the cutting edge has its challenges, and being a farmer isn't for everyone. But even those without experience can be successful if they want to.

Young management team that is easy to relate to on a personal level. President believes in building a robust team, with experts in each area, and trusts them, not a micro-manager. Private, family-owned company with great family values. Leading the pack on sustainably raising salmon and organic greens. Start-up company with lots of potential to climb.
