Pros

Great for expanding your resume with diversity of work Friendly managers Great coworkers Engineering works directly with shop Not overbearing management

Cons

1. Pay is very low compared to nearby industry (especially in Prescott Valley) 2. Growth potential is limited. To move up someone has to retire or quit 3. If you are a college hire, your pay will not grow with your skill set. In fact, you might get a comment about "you shouldn't expect this big of a raise every year". When you ask what you could've done to earn that extra few dollars to your salary, the response is for you to get more, someone else has to get less. Well yeah, if I am performing at a higher level, that would stand to reason. 4. Your check says 40 hours, but you are working 45, and often have to address questions on your hour lunch, so that can only go up. 5. The church is very involved in this business, so just take that however you would like. Just be aware of how that culture may influence the view of who you are and how you work. 6. The average benefits are used as a tool to make you believe that your benefits are better than you'll find anywhere else.

Lots of opportunity if you're committed to culture.

Pros

Hard work is rewarded. Great medical benefits. Caring managers and executives. Core values are actually practiced. Comfortable dress code. Freedoms to make decisions.

Cons

Growing very fast, which can feel like a whirlwind some days, but it's usually a fun ride. If you don't commit yourself to reaching out, the headquarter's community can be boring.
