      Hard work is rewarded. Great medical benefits. Caring managers and executives. Core values are actually practiced. Comfortable dress code. Freedoms to make decisions.

      Cons

      Growing very fast, which can feel like a whirlwind some days, but it's usually a fun ride. If you don't commit yourself to reaching out, the headquarter's community can be boring.

      There is not a lot of pressure to perform unless directly supervised. There are only 7 holidays a year that are allowed
