      Pros

      Coworkers are fun and free food occasionally.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, don’t trust the HR team, free health insurance sucks and you’ll pay a lot of money for treatments and prescriptions. They lead with a fear mentality.

      Pros

      After years of working for companies with toxic environments and with minimal emphasis on work/home balance, I am extremely happy to now be working for a company that cares for it's people and their families (Top work places in Columbus 2022 and 2023!). In addition, since I started, I have seen a huge focus by senior management in helping me to grow, allowing me to make a larger impact in the organization. The focus truly seems to be taking the enterprise to the next level! Our 100% paid medical is a welcome benefit in this day and age where companies expect employees to pay more and more!
