Peers are great, but that's about it.

Cons

Leadership: Lots of blind spots here. There's been turnover, however throwing money at the problem isn't going to address the underlying cultural issues. Work / Life Balance: There is none. You will work overtime, you will work weekends. It's expected. They can't fill open roles, and you have to wonder why.

Free insurance. Pay is good. New office building. Projects are demanding and always something new. I had an issue with the prescription on a Saturday and HR help get it filled .

Cons

Office and field workers are not treated the same.
