Pros

Offered a lot of free food/snacks, opportunities for overtime, decent pay for a job that requires no experience.

Cons

Not much room for growth, management would very clearly pick favorites and were very passive aggressive around people they didn't like, and it is also pretty easy to get fired if you show up late more than once, have your phone on you etc.

Genuine a great company. Gifts, activities, mental health time provided, food (grubhub) nicest, and nicest customers I've ever had at a call center. Low number of calls too compared to any other call center.

Cons

None. I love it here

A very different Warehouse

Pros

1. The company has a perfect plan of Health insurance like no other company I have seen. 2. A good amount of vacations and sick days. 3. The people that work with you are very cheerful and really eager to help you, they become excellent coworkers. 4. They offer free snacks if that's important for you.

Cons

1. Management is a totally different stories, it's like working with a bunch of robots without no soul. 2. The company is very young, so they make a lot of mistakes. They implement procedures then notice it that they don't work and then go back to the old procedures, sometimes this could be frustrating As an employee following directions. It feels like they don't know what they're doing. 3. The hours are terrible And there's no way of changing them or very difficult, if you get the 10-hour shift you only have half an hour break. For the whole day. 4. There's no way of moving up in the company. They would rather higher from the outside than people that have been there for years.
