Only complaint is about the time logging system, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Extremely simple work, generous attendance points system and PTO/sick time upfront (after 90 day pro per.), free snacks and catering

Cons

No structure anywhere, leadership is treated badly and underpaid for the amount of work they're expected to do. High turnover rate, no accountability. Backward upper management/HR
