Decent starting pay, the majority of people are very kind, we have so many people from different backgrounds and different interests. Everyone that starts here is bound to make friends. Many different positions and different ways to help out. I believe this is a job that has the potential to have many people with strengths in different things to make the workflow smoother.

Cons

Lack of transparency, unfair policies, schedule is not flexible. People who have less seniority and lower numbers can get opportunities over those who have worked longer and have had consistently better work results.

The facilities (open workspace, company gym, breakroom) were pretty cool.

Cons

It was like working with a bunch of teenagers who thought they were lead cast members on a sitcom. Level of maturity was significantly low.
