- Able to move around freely and get your steps in. - Can speak to management comfortably about concerns - Variety of tasks and areas to cover

Cons

- Lack of housekeeping by associates (don't pick up after themselves, with no consequences) - Lack of consideration for others by a large amount of associates (not malicious, just self-centered)

Things have changed so much the high turnover is crazy. You never know who your manger is because people get fired so much for anything. HR is also a joke when making complaints regarding harassment nothing is done at all. The women packs feel uncomfortable and management does nothing to address the problem
