Being a part of something that is growing. Random non work related events that help team build. Always busy, juggling many tasks. 100 % medical benefits. Working with like minded people towards the common goal. Fully stocked kitchen. Opportunities to give back to the community.

Cons

Salary does not cover minimal cost of living on Long Island.

Your co-workers become like family, great company events to bond employees with the team. Good perks like free food.

Cons

Salaries are extremely low compared to the cost of living in long island. Absolutely zero flexibility for employees with special needs (moving, doctors appointments, parents), awful PTO and sick days are combined with pto days, which is not legal in NYC, but because they are right outside of NYC they get away with it. Company has an extremely close-minded cult-like feeling, where one day you're on good terms and the next you may feel like you could be fired.
