Don't bother applying if you are over 30. If you enjoyed high school, you will enjoy working among this gossipy and petty culture. HR and management are unprofessional and immature. Decisions are made on feelings, not facts or data. No room for growth no matter how hard you work, unless of course you are among the favored.
