I have been in the warehouse for a few years now. It seemed too good to be true when I first started but Supplyhouse kept surprising me with how much they care about their employees. Managers are often working side by side with employees, we had a DJ play in the warehouse on a big sale day (Trade Tuesday), and we're provided with free food daily. Group activities have been a great way for us to get to know each other and it's nice to break up the routine sometimes.

Cons

Work hours are 11-8 so work-life balance can be difficult at times.

Breakfast Mondays Lunch Tuesdays Snacks and coffee provided free Pretty nice game room for break Spin the anniversary wheel for a prize Random food trucks for lunch Bowling and Chipotle for Employee Appreciation Day for 2019 Guaranteed 40 hours each week Being a part of a company that is growing rapidly Dog friendly!!!

Cons

Can get a little warm during summer but this is kind of expected in a warehouse environment. Possibly offering more over-time?
