Pros

The people are amazing The benefits are great The company is always innovating and trying to get better There's NO drama Management is really accessible (like one desk down) There's always an opportunity to learn Company events, pizza fridays, stocked kitchen, gaming system, team building activities and birthday celebrations! ...to name a few :)

Cons

Some of the customers can be gruff over the phone, but once you hang up there's always someone with a sympathetic ear!

Being a part of something that is growing. Random non work related events that help team build. Always busy, juggling many tasks. 100 % medical benefits. Working with like minded people towards the common goal. Fully stocked kitchen. Opportunities to give back to the community.

Cons

Salary does not cover minimal cost of living on Long Island.
