Pros

People were cool and nice. There’s a sense of community and kind of a where all in this together mentality among employees.

Cons

Commute did a number on my car, Long hours, mandatory OT on short notice, felt like the big wigs didn’t care employees have life’s of their own and people would be punished for just choosing to follow through on their original plans instead of coming to work on a day they weren’t originally scheduled. Pay was decent but not as good as other similar jobs. Managers could come off as robotic at times despite being nice people off the clock. Will generally punish people for unintentional injuries and point people who leave early sick. The turn over rate spikes a lot when Mandatory OT becomes the norm.
