Pros
The S1 Team overall are very kind and friendly to work for. Management is relax, as long as you are doing what needs to be done. Fair benefits. Majority of managers are very understanding. Great work experience. Very rarely do you have to work on the weekends.
Cons
Raises are only given if it is in the budget. Overtime is not really available. Lack of Team Communication. Understaffed.
