It was close to my house.

Cons

I was promised that I would be hired permanently as (a new position) Chief of Sanitation, but after working ten months as a temporary worker, the managers could not find someone to properly run the machines (the former employee passed away), so they laid off all new workers.

Some of the facilities still have the old school mentality in management so it's hard to use newer technologies for an easier work life.
