      Work From Home Model, Talented and innovative people, Goal Oriented company, management is very interested in new ideas and out of the box thinking.

      Cons

      Little to know career advancement opportunities. Many promises made and not followed through by upper management. New CEO and board do not communicate with employees at all. Changes in industry have caused a lot of stability issues. Unrealistic expectations of middle management and front line employees.
