-Coaching can be both disciplinary or productive, so agents will always be on edge when coached
-If something isn't done correctly you will be thrown under the bus if it's needed.
-Benefits are there, but nothing special if something happens.
-When it comes to the client or their agents, they will sacrifice their agents mental health to make themselves look good. Example: if the client gives a rule regarding a rude customer, but Support.com says you have to take the abuse.
Maybe they've improved since then but I recommend that you use caution when applying for this company
