Pros
There are a lot of different avenues for support when having various different problems. There's also a vast next work for subs in the instance of being short staffed. There is a lot of salary increases for staff as well as directors and retention is relatively high for this field
Cons
If you want support more that bodies in a room or an opportunity to vent the support given is not going to be very affective. Staffing has been drastically cut including for grant funded programs like ECEAP.
