      Pros

      Our team of accountants is top notch. Across our associates, we have an enormous amount of talent and experience with multiple systems and industries covering professional services, real estate, non-profits, manufacturing, distribution and even start-ups. Everyone on our team is always willing to help and collaborate on projects which makes for a great environment to work. Management is very focused on a promoting and defending a healthy work/life balance for Associates.

      Cons

      Everyone works virtually which at times can make fostering a team environment more difficult but technology helps to bridge this gap and management hosts bi-weekly team calls and virtual happy hours to build the team feel.
