      Pros

      Supporting Strategies says our first priority is family. With 2 little ones this was a big selling point. The flexibility, atmosphere, and teams are positive and supportive. Lots of opportunities to learn, very organized so we can help other associates when needed. Great involvement at quarterly meetings and making everybody feel as part of the team.
