Pros

A positive of working for this company was the technology was really good.

Cons

This company is a franchise, so I suspect experiences are highly different depending on which office you get hired into. My office was chaotic and short-staffed. We each worked independently, and I never learned my co-worker's names, even after working there for a year. We were very much on our own. We got new clients before we had staff to handle them and were constantly stressed and overworked.

Pros

Remote work is the best part

Cons

Managers under quote clients for tasks, then expect you to work for free to get the job done.
