I worked at supremesoft for more than 2 years. They are very responsive. HR is always responsive, you will get a fast response for all your queries.

Pros

I worked in Supreme soft for 2 years. Its a gear t place to work for people with good experience. They are very transparent in terms of Pay and projects. 1) Very transparent 2) HR is always responsive, you will get a fast response for all you queries 3) Medical insurance at discounted price 4) Career improvement trainings

Cons

I don't any cons . I feel if we have 401k since company operates in consulting mode they can't provide any stock benefits

Pros

They tells good stories on releasing the bonus money and withheld the last paycheck when leaving. They charged only 4k$ for filing H1 even when working and premium extra 1250$

Cons

Bad marketing team, only 2 offshore guys marketing who dont even know how to answer phone call. No one lifts the phone call when you call office for documentation or paychecks or w2 forms to be received. My bill rate was 65 and marketing guy said its 55.
