The contract was cut short. This was no fault of anyone at Supremesoft, but rather the BIA decided to cut Lockheed off the contract and award the work to a different contractor in a different state.

Unclear in what you want out of an employee. It changes almost daily, and you give employees mismatched responsibilities (someone in the account manager/business development side of things should not be taking care of HR responsibilities such as payroll, and benefits). There is a lot of mis-communication, which will destroy the company eventually. Micro-management is out of control. You can't babysit your employees, it shows that you don't trust them and they are left fighting for their credibility constantly. There is also a lot of favoritism within the company - which could be borderline illegal. Pay is low, and there are always issues with getting paid.
