Pros

Fully Remote/work-life balance was elite perk.

Cons

High turnover and churn in Sales org, for good reason. No one has hit quota in over a year. Leadership has no real clue what is going on or how to sell, but continues to keep C-suites / managers in seats that are a part of their LDS tribe despite poor performance

Pros

Amazing people to work with. The people become good friends and collegues. It's a breath of fresh air to work with people you want to be around and share with. You will spend most of your day with these folks, so it's great to be able to share that time with such amazing folks. The culture is evolving and becoming better and better. It's an amazing team and stong business to work for. I highly recommend them!

Cons

There really isn't much to put down here. I would say that they are a little slow to increase salary for cost of living increases or anything else for that matter. They are getting better, so don't let that hold you up from making a decision to join the team.

- great leadership - competitive commission - great reliable product - good benefits - great client base

Cons

None really. Some could view this as a con if their personality is not a fit for growing companies with a fast paced, hustle sales environment.
