      The executive team is intensely focused on understanding the customer and their needs. Investment in the product has increased lately putting us in a great position to be successful.

      The benefits are subpar for a successful software company.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with. The people become good friends and collegues. It's a breath of fresh air to work with people you want to be around and share with. You will spend most of your day with these folks, so it's great to be able to share that time with such amazing folks. The culture is evolving and becoming better and better. It's an amazing team and stong business to work for. I highly recommend them!

      Cons

      There really isn't much to put down here. I would say that they are a little slow to increase salary for cost of living increases or anything else for that matter. They are getting better, so don't let that hold you up from making a decision to join the team.
