Lots of field training, opportunities to learn on the job. Work year round. No experience needed. Can go up the ladder and get the necessary training as you go

Not the best hourly pay You max out pretty fast if your a good worker

The work itself is enjoyable but always seemed to be rather insecure about management exploding.

Cons

Toxic workplace culture. Moody management with uncontrollable emotions. Good ‘ol’ boys club.
