      Pros

      Early Death. Instead of a bonus we get a lavish end of year party that lasts an hour. Good way to spend money. ::eyeroll::

      Cons

      You're in a deep sleep, then you get a phone call at 3 AM that the data center gas system went off because the hard drives are on fire. Then you have to drive to the data center and help put out the fires. Then executives call foaming out the mouth blaming everyone but themselves.
