      Pros

      Great place to work. Loved my colleagues, the mission and the work. I would definitely consider becoming a "boomerang" employee if the opportunity ever aligned.

      Cons

      Expect promotions and opportunities to grow to be on the slower side.

      Pros

      Usually a year into the job you start to see the cracks, flaws, etc. in your company, department and manager. But, as I come up on my one-year anniversary, I'm still thoroughly impressed. From the c-suite down to my colleagues -- everyone is great to work with. Plus, I'm so impressed with everyone and the company's commitment to improve and evolve. I could see myself here for a long time!

      For the first time ever in a job, I can't think of any.
