District managers are so cool and kind even if you get in trouble they never make you feel bad about your self. In my case Surfstyle saved my life. My store manager is a saint and treats all of the same. Everyone I work with are real people, they care and stick up for one another. I never come home upset or go to work not wanting to be there. I work tons of hours and I would work even more if they would let me. I'm more at home there than at home.

Cons

If we didn't have to pay for our Staff shirts I work full-time my shirt wears out fast.

Pros

The managers are very understanding, they keep you busy with tasks so the long hours go by. You become more like family along the way. If you wanted more shifts it’s easy to ask and if you need days off just letting them know ahead of time.

Cons

Working on feet till your shift is over or your on your break.
