      There aren’t any pros to working for money that you won’t receive.

      Cons

      They won’t pay you want they are suppose too. They have horrible management & take advantage of employees.

      It is always unfortunate when a job is not a good match for the person, but we take pride in the hundreds of employees who love our incentive and bonus programs that reward great work! Our jobs are not for everyone, but for those of us who find it a great fit, working here feels fantastic!

      Terrible employee turnover

      Pros

      Working in the town where summer is nine months out of twelve.

      Cons

      Company does not care about their employees. They change hands constantly. Pay is terrible especially with housing non exsisting in the town.
