      Excellent pay, benefits and work environment

      Cons

      Hospitality industry requires weekend work to service guests at a high level...not a negative as you still receive two days off during the week! There's less people at the beach those days!

      Kool aid and money schemes in spades here.

      Pros

      None. Want to get worked to death for management money schemes? Just Google about what they did during covid lockdown. Guests were going through the state Attorney General to get refunded.

      Cons

      Bonus program is a sham. All talk, nothing on paper so they can deviate or drop it or at a moments notice. You will be worked to the pinnacle of stress, then slowly burn out. Management just sits back and smiles while you burn.

      It is always unfortunate when a job is not a good match for the person, but we take pride in the hundreds of employees who love our incentive and bonus programs that reward great work! Our jobs are not for everyone, but for those of us who find it a great fit, working here feels fantastic!

      The company is growing and very focused on the new addition premier homes into our program. I love that we are growing in this slice of heaven and the experienced teams are awesome
